2023 President’s Welcome

On behalf of the Lesmurdie Saints Junior Football Club, I would like to welcome you all to the 2024 season. It is my privilege to let you know that I, Kristy Clarke have recently been elected as the President of Lesmurdie Saints JFC for a second year. I am very proud to be the first female president of the Saints. The past 10 years that my kids and I have been involved with the club, I have seen amazing growth. I believe it takes a village to raise a child, but a community to run a football club. I look forward to meeting all of you over the coming months as we continue to grow our club together, making it a wonderful safe place to be and play football.

We are excited to have our players and families back on the oval, kicking the footy and enjoying being part of this amazing community. It is the perfect environment for kids to have fun, make new friends and create memories that last a lifetime. By providing a safe and inclusive environment, our focus is on developing each individual and their abilities, to be a contributor to team, club and community.

The registration period can sometimes be a difficult time, so if you have any concerns please do not hesitate to contact a member of the committee. Our Club is not just a community, but we consider it a big family.

It is important that players start completing their registration. This is our best indication of club numbers and drives many of our decisions around events, merchandise and teams. Please use the below links to register:

Volunteers are the backbone of every Football club, no club could manage without them. Volunteering is also the best way to immerse yourself in the club. Meet new people, feel a sense of community and belonging and be a great role model for your kids. I hope to see many more members attend our monthly meetings held at the Lesmurdie Club 1st Monday of each month.

Club sponsorship plays a vital role for our clubs’ success. We have sponsorship packages available for all businesses, both large and small. For more information please email our sponsorship coordinator at sponsorship.lsjfc@gmail.com

I am looking forward to a great 2024 season and hope to see everyone enjoying being part of Lesmurdie Saints JFC.

Go the Mighty Saints!!!

club history

The club was founded in 1982 when members of the local community saw the need for a junior football club based in Lesmurdie. At that stage, the club consisted of only 3 teams and a total of 60 children. Forty two years later, the club is still going strong and now has a membership of 150 children, with full teams for all years from Auskick through to year 6.

We are proud of the commitment shown to the club by parents and players alike. Fundraising efforts over the years have enabled us to improve our facilities and equipment.

One event in particular that our club looks forward to is our Mega Training Day at the start of each season, when players are introduced to their coaches during a day of organised drills and fun.

We thank everyone who has been a part of the rich Lesmurdie Saints Junior Football Club history, including our dedicated parents and supporters, without whom none of this would have been possible.
